Chicken breasts with mushrooms and cream
cooking time 30/40 minutes
A quick and delicate meal, ideal when you have little time. A really tasty recipe that makes the chicken breasts very tasty with a creamy sauce created with cream and mushrooms to which even children can not resist.
Ingredients:
for 4 serving

4 chicken breasts

200 gr. canned or frozen mushrooms

50 gr. butter

150 gr. flour
-
200 ml. cream

salt to taste
Cut in the middle the chicken breasts and thin them with the meat-pounder. Pour the flour in a plate and add the salt.

Put the chicken breasts on it and do join chicken and flour exerting a pressure with the hands.

Put the butter in a pan and fry slightly the chicken breasts from both side. Than lowers the heat and add the mushrooms.

Let cook for a few minutes, than add the cream and continue to cook , covering the chicken with a lid, for 10 minutes.

Notes:
you can use dry mushrooms also, but don't forget to put them in the warm water 3 hours before.
