mayonnaise with blender

Believe it or not, till a few months ago I had never done the mayonnaise at home. Why? I thought it was hard not to make it curdle and, on the top of that, there is such a nice one right away from Dijon available at the supermarket, thus I have never felt the need.
But one day I tasted the mayonnaise made by my mother-in-law , who is a superb chef, and after having asked a few questions, I made up my mind to try it.
However, to shorten the preparation time and reduce the curdlerisk, I decided to try it with a blender ... and to surf the web to dig out the secret.
I found out two recipes that I have melted together with a few changes after a couple of trials. Here is my interpretation of home-made hand-blender mayonnaise.
Ingredients:

1 egg + 1 yolk (cold from the refrigerator)

onepinch of salt;

the juice of 1/2 lemon;

1 spoon of mustard

oil till you reach 500 ml all in allin the blender glass
Procedure:
Put all the ingredients in the glass, being careful not to break the yolk of the egg. (1,2,3)
Place the blender on the bottom of the glass and start mixing at low speed.
Keep the blender on the bottom till your mayonnaise starts mounting, then you can start increasing the speed and moving the blender up and down.
Your mayonnaise is ready now!
